A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Courtney has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His leadership and expertise continue to play a pivotal role in the company's growth and success.

As Vice President of Fong Construction, Fernando Nietfeld is responsible for overseeing daily operations, office management, and ensuring client success. His primary goal is to deliver an unmatched service experience, setting the industry standard for excellence.Fernando holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and brings over 18 years of experience in building success for his clients.
